Beef brisket, Beef tri-tip, Pulled pork, St. Lewis Pork ribs
Side choices
Coleslaw, Italian Pasta salad, Caesar bow-tie pasta salad, 5 cheese Mac & Cheese, Baked beans, Cheesy Potato Casserole, Garden salad, Potato Salad - any additional side to any package will be $2 per person.
All meals include plastic ware, napkins, paper plates and condiments. We do not provide drinks or desserts. All events are subject to 8% sales tax and a service charge of 20%. For smaller groups, there is a minimum fee of $600. Invoice must be paid at the time of service. An additional $100 will be added to your bill if you are late.
